When a customer selects a provider, payment is made to GuardianNetwork.us and held in escrow until services are rendered. Upon completion, we remit full payment to the provider, less applicable fees and commissions. Payment to the provider will be withheld until an IRS W-9 form is provided to us.

7. Fees and Commissions

We charge a 10% commission on all sales and service transactions conducted through the platform.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Upload offensive, unlawful, or discriminatory content

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the site

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure job postings comply with applicable labor laws and are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications. GuardianNetwork.us does not vet or endorse individual job seekers.

10. Content Ownership

All site content, branding, and design are owned by GuardianNetwork.us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the user but grants GuardianNetwork.us a license to display it.
